Project Hospital Review

Project Hospital is the best simulation of Hospital building and management that I've ever played. In fact, it's one of the best Sim games I've ever played period. It's got a lot of moving parts and can be a bit tedious and confusing due to how much stuff you can customize. With that said they've also streamlined some stuff like room prefabs that make it much more user-friendly to get started. If you're looking for a realistic simulation that gives you every square tile of customization possible, then look no further as Oxymoron games has tested positive for Best Hospital Simulation / Management game.
