Welcome to Grain Rot, a unique survival and base-building game where you play as 'Scrappy,' a spark in a wooden body. In this first look gameplay, Eric from MMG explores the ruins of an old hotel turned empire. We meet bossy Biggie and the technical expert Merch while learning the ropes of cleaning, repairing, and upgrading our base. Discover the secrets of the Artifact Ball Machine, learn how to step out of your wooden shell as a spark, and venture into the dangerous 'Deep Layers' using the cursed elevator. Will we survive the scorch and the rot, or will we end up as charcoal? From demolition with the mallet to building rare constructs like the Epic Raophone, we dive deep into the game loop of this stylish indie title. Grain Rot is available now on Steam—check it out if you love base building with a survival twist!
